Onwards through the fog....
I just decided that 2010 is going to be the year of the reunion, a lot of old forces are going to be coming back together and mingling with new forces, people will do the same, and Possibility will start blossoming ever greater than before.

A burning man's speech
GO BEYOND THE IMPOSSIBLE AND KICK REASON TO THE CURB!
WHETHER IT'S IMPOSSIBLE OR LAUGHABLETHIS IS THE PATH THAT ALL GREAT MEN WALK!
IF THERE'S A WALL IN OUR WAY, WE'LL BREAK IT DOWN!
IF THERE'S NO PATH, WE'LL CARVE IT WITH THESE HANDS!
THE MAGMA IN OUR HEARTS IS BLAZING LIKE FLAMES!
WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE?!
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. NOT YOU, WHO BELIEVES IN ME. NOT ME, WHO BELIEVES IN YOU.
BELIEVE IN YOU, WHO BELIEVES IN YOURSELF!
ISN'T YOUR DRILL THE ONE THAT WILL PIERCE THE HEAVENS,
THE EARTH AND THROUGH TO TOMORROW?
WHETHER IT'S IMPOSSIBLE OR LAUGHABLETHIS IS THE PATH THAT ALL GREAT MEN WALK!
IF THERE'S A WALL IN OUR WAY, WE'LL BREAK IT DOWN!

Seriously, its time already!
Firstly, let me start off by saying that I don't think its the government's place to tell its people what they can or can not put into their bodies. I understand the FDA warning people against the harmful things big corporations are trying to sell you, but if I want to drink some bleach, I damn well will.
Now we get to my main point; Seriously, its time already to legalize hemp production of all kinds, we could be using hemp for sustainable non-harmful plastics, clothing, rope, paper, the list goes on and on. At this point its getting hard to deny the medical benefits of this wonderful plant. How is it possible that dupont, bp, and other major corporations that have a stake in hemp not being legalized still have such a strangle-hold on our government's policy as they did a hundred years ago. Enough is Enough!
Please everyone, download and watch Camp FEMA, very good documentary touching on a lot of things I've been talking about for the past couple years. There is a lot of stuff in this Torrent but the main important part is the Camp FEMA documentary, watch and learn.
Now how about some positive links?
Court Slams LAPD For Illegally Seizing Medical Marijuana Profitsl
Judge rules L.A.'s ban on new medical marijuana dispensaries is invalid
And the big one, straight from the NY Times, completing this trifecta of good news for medical marijuana patients: U.S. Won’t Prosecute in States That Allow Medical Marijuana
If you're reading this, thank you for your interest in me and I hope you are able to take something away from this post.

Not a lot has changed
So my last update was in may, and it looks something like this:
Its funny how nothing has changed in the past 5 months except that I'm walking now. I'm definitely going to end up wandering this lonely planet. Starting with, get ready for this, Phish fall tour bitches! Its on, catch me in Detroit on Nov. 18th!!
So I think I might be single for the rest of my life. The girl I want to marry probably isn't right for me so I think its time to stop fooling myself and just stay single and true to myself. Hopefully I'll start motivating myself a little more and will do some more writing here or elsewhere

Pretty appropriate
So I think I might be single for the rest of my life. The girl I want to marry probably isn't right for me so I think its time to stop fooling myself and just stay single and true to myself. Hopefully I'll start motivating myself a little more and will do some more writing here or elsewhere, but for now here's some lyrics that came on random that seem appropriate.

A few people asked how I ended up a cyborg or how my trip went. Well the trip was super great for the first two weeks, got to go to Machu Picchu, saw lots of Incan ruins, went to class every day, got to teach some great students, lived with some great people. Then early in my third week I was just outside of town (Cuzco) at some Incan ruins (Saqsaywaman) exploring by myself when I got the great idea to check out the awesome slide in the ruins. This slide consists of petty much a big rock with some butt grooves in it.
I had to do things my way however and since it had been raining and hailing that afternoon in an attempt to not get my ass wet, I simply crouched and went down the slide on two feet in a crouching manner. Thanks to the efforts of some Chilean children there was plenty of ice on the slide and I quickly picked up a lot of speed. So now I'm crouching and zooming down this slide, I see the giant muddy puddle at the base. Left with the split second decision of letting myself go all the way down and faceplant in the puddle or attempt to jump it, I jumped. When I jumped I stepped on a rock whose face was at about a 60 degree angle going away from me. I managed to clear the puddle but when stepping on the rock for lift off I hyper-extended my foot upwards pulling the ligament holding the joint behind my first and second metatarsal together straight off the bone. This ligament was nice enough to tear off a corner of the bone from either side as well.
Not my foot, but this is where the injury occurred (opposite foot) with the joint under the black arrow spacing out.
This injury is commonly know as a Lisfranc fracture(wikipedia) So for my last two weeks in Peru I was confined to crutches, being on the third floor of school and the third floor of my house and my friends being on the third floor of their apartment, this wasn't that great. I'm an expert at crutching up and down stairs now however. I did everything I could not to let this keep me from getting around and still had a great time.
I know I haven't posted anything since I've gotten back, I've just been tweeting and playing Fallout mostly. I've also decided to go ahead and burn through all of Battlestar Galactica while I'm bed ridden. I'm halfway through the first season and really enjoying it so far. I've managed to watch some good movies like Mister Lonely and Confessions of a Superhero(this is on hulu or snagfilms for free, go watch it.) Tried watching the anime Tytania, wasn' quite for me, but I did like the first ep of Valkyria Chronicles. Thats whats up in my nerdy life right now. Hit me on twitter, I've almost got 100 followers! http://twitter.com/ntrpe
Peace, love, light
